The closed-loop control of the feeding speed of the spiral feeder ensures accurate feeding volume, and the silo vibrator and heating and moisture-proof device ensure normal feeding conditions.
Under the specified preparation amount and continuous dosing conditions, the solution has matured for more than 1 hour and is thoroughly matured.
The dosage of dry powder automatically follows the change of influent flow rate, ensuring a constant solution concentration.
Adopting a water material pre mixing device to accelerate the hydration of the powder and avoid agglomeration of the powder
Adopting PLC intelligent fully automatic control system, with a high degree of automation.
The control system has a fault alarm and automatic shutdown function, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the system. Equipped with an industrial Ethernet communication interface, it can achieve parameter upload and upper level monitoring.
Adopting a three channel overflow integrated structure, it occupies a small area, is easy to install, and has low maintenance rate.
