Product features
1. High voltage discharge generator
This type of ozone generator uses a high-frequency power supply system tocause electrochemical reactions of oxygen molecules inside or around theelectric field, thereby producing ozone. This ozone generator has theadvantages of mature technology, stable operation, long service life, andlarge ozone production, making it the most widely used ozone generator inrelated industries both domestically and internationally.
2.Ozone safe cooling method
The ozone generator generates a large amount of heat energy duringoperation and reouires cooling, otherwise ozone will decompose at thesame time due to high temperature. The water-cooled generator has goodcooling effect, stable operation, no attenuation of ozone, and can workcontinuously for a long time.
3.Ozone generator discharge technologyquartz tubes are most commonly used in high-performance ozonegenerators due to their high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness.Good ellipticity, high temperature resistance, and moisture resistance.Ceramic plates are prone to cracking and are only suitable for smallgenerators. The wall thickness and ellipticity of ceramic tubes aredifficult to control, which can lead to uneven discharge. So they are notwidely used. 4. WORKING PRINCIPLE
When a gas containing oxygen passes through the discharge gap between twoelectrodes, some oxygen molecules (O2) are converted into ozone (O3) to achieveozone preparation (see Figure 1). When there is a varying high voltage on thehigh-voltage electrode, micro discharge will occur at the discharge gap between theelectrodes. Oxygen molecules are decomposed into free state oxygen atoms O, andsome free state oxygen atoms recombine with undecomposed oxygen molecules toform ozone (O3), which is called "corona discharge" or "silent discharge"In fact, only a portion of the electrical energy applied to the electrode is used toprepare ozone, which also generates heat during the preparation process. Coolingwater is needed to effectively cool the ozone generation module. The process of ozonepreparation is significantly affected by the quality of raw gas and the temperature ofcooling water. The lower the temperature, the higher the efficiency of ozonepreparation.
